The new Wedding and Event Center comfortably seats 100 for group meetings and 80 for formal dining.
The flexible meeting space also extends to a large open deck with fireplaces inside and out so you can transition from indoor to outdoor venue with ease. A nearby Board Room makes it easy to manage breakout sessions. And a Catering Kitchen provides space to stage food for parties, banquets and receptions. Group packages include your choice of standard or premium accommodations, meeting and event spaces, complimentary snacks, coffee and water service, and a variety of group activities to choose from. In addition to being close to Yosemite destinations like the Mariposa Grove, you can also take a break from meetings with activities such as scavenger hunts, photo safari’s, golfing, and guided hiking tours. Larger groups may also choose a complimentary welcome reception or a daily continental breakfast.

From June 1 through 5, 2016, we held our annual sports car gathering (Yosemite Healey Week) and show at the Redwoods. We had about 100 cars and 200 people attending. The entire event, except for the drives to the Yosemite Valley floor and Glacier Point were held at the Redwoods. We centered our events in or around the Event Center, including registration, breakfast, happy hour, dinners, our silent auction, car show, Dinner and Awards Banquet, and other activities.The cabins and facilities were excellent. However, the service was even more outstanding. Donna Davis and her staff were willing to do whatever was necessary to make our annual Healey Week event the best ever…I would give them a 5 star. They have a strong “Can Do” attitude and demonstrated it on many occasions when we had unusual requests. This was simply the best hospitality service we have encountered in our 40 years of Healey Week events
